Based in Lodz, Poland, as the Production Planning Specialist, you will ensure a high level of service performance to customers by scheduling and coordinating production planning activities. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and publishing production plans and job orders in the most efficient way for an assigned portfolio of families. You will also assess and provide delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours of order entry.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Plan, prepare, and publish production plans for a 48-hour horizon to ensure high delivery performance to customers. Define lead times and delivery dates for customer orders within 24 hours. Provide excellent service to customers through regular communication and feedback on reported issues. Manage forecasts and master production schedules in line with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) line rates provided by the European S&OP Team. Plan and distribute job orders to the shop floor, supporting the published production plan. Ensure accurate parameterization of the system to optimize planning performance. Report on your work progress and indicators to your supervisor. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor with care and within given timelines according to applicable procedures.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar position in an international company. Fluency in Polish (both written and verbal) Communicative English skills (speaking and writing). Excellent numerical and literacy skills. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
