Description
General Purpose:
Develop the schedule for production at the highest-level in which products will be stocked or planned either prior to shipment or prior to assembly for made to order operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate orders into a sequential work schedule
- Analyze production specifications and capacity date and perform mathematical calculations to determine production processes and tools
- Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previously established production sequences and lead times
- Plan sequence of operations
- Communicate with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects
- Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions

Additional Skills & Qualifications
-Undergraduate degree in business or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and
education)
-2 to 5 years of production planning, inventory, materials planning, or related experience
-Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $43.26
