Salary Range: $67,000 - $70,000: Based on experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish production schedules to meet customer expectations while maintaining a consistent production environment Prepare and consolidate job documentation and instructions for shop floor activities. Analyze, plan, and manage production schedules based on capacities of equipment, material, machine and labor. Analyze current, backlog job orders, and accordingly develop/adjust production plan and schedules. Develop and negotiate lead times with commercial and operation teams based on customer requirement and material, labor and machine capacities. Elevate any issues to master planning for regional resolution. Monitor the execution of work orders, engineering drawings, and material flow to meet establish production schedules Review production plan, and inventory levels to identify risks and communicate required long-range capacity changes required to the Plant Manager and Master Planner. Plan inventory management to avoid any shortages and excesses. Review, change, and communicate required schedule changes to purchasing, operations, and commercial teams Develop and document process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives. Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions. Develop positive relationship with operation and commercial staffing to meet customer demand and productivity goals. Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning problems.
