Production Operators are responsible for supporting the operation of production machinery, ensuring that it works safely and effectively. Operators set up, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure the products are made right the first time and on time to meet the customer expectations.

What Success Looks Like:

Strong mechanical aptitude. Necessity for attention to detail.  The ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.  Capable of maintaining quality control by monitoring production output. Ability to identify any issues with the product or process. Correctly identifying the correct batch is being milled. Ensure belts, pans, and knives are always cleaned between compounds.      Following all safety procedures and guidelines along with assisting in modifying and updating procedures Operating a forklift for various functions.

Your Credentials:

One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School or GED preferred Willing to work overtime including weekends Close visual work required. Knowledge of general computer skills. Attention to detail. The hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour, plus $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and/or 3rd shift.    2nd Shift - 2:45pm – 11:00pm

3rd shift - 10:45pm - 7:00am
