**Location:** DELAND FL 32720 **Shift:** 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs, 4:50 am - 3:20 pm **Pay:** $ 16.50/hour **Summary:** Operate equipment, assemble components, and ensure quality in a manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities:** + Follow work instructions and blueprints. + Perform assembly, packing, and equipment operation. + Record production output. + Adhere to safety and quality standards (PPE). + Collaborate with team members. **Qualifications:** + HS Diploma/GED. + 1 year manufacturing experience. + Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks (50 lbs. lift). + Detail-oriented. **Dress Code:** + Steel-toe shoes, long pants, safety glasses required. + No shorts, open-toe shoes, or offensive clothing. **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
