The Production Operator I is an experienced operator who can assist with production, quality, inventory, and packaging. Operate injection molding machines and maintain production flow in accordance with the work methods and standards established for the assigned area; Report production, check parts, and assure the quality of parts produced, assist with inventory cycle count and scrap recording. Follow 5S procedures and safety standards. Possess working knowledge of manufacturing safety, PPE, packaging, and the ability to identify production issues.

High school diplomaExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiastic and self-starterExcellent team playerOperate pallet jacks.Able to lift weight of up to 30lbs. Qualifications

Technical (electrical, mechanical) education at junior college levelKnowledge in Injection Molding Machines, Quality, Manufacturing and 5SEnthusiastic, hardworking and have a can-do attitude
