Job Description:

Location: Ossipee, New Hampshire

Responsibilities:

-Reads process sheet for each job assigned to confirm that set-up and materials furnished will yield product required
-Performs set ups and operates an extruder to produce quality sheet as specified on the process sheet at the established rate
-Completes first piece inspection form and hourly quality inspections, verifying gage, size, squareness, opacity, color, surface condition and overall appearance of the sheet
-Properly completes all necessary paperwork and computer reporting including clocking all labor, completing first piece inspection forms, shift reports, quality logs and inspection sheets as required
-Keeps machines and work areas clean and free of debris
-Keeps tools and supplies stored in their proper locations when not in use

Desired Background/Skills:

-High school diploma or general educational degree (GED); or six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Mechanical background is desired but not required
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
-Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
-Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Required to write and speak fluent English
-Possess average math and reading skills
-Ability to read tape measure
-Must be able to operate a calculator and scale
-Ability to use and read micrometers

Other Information:

$22/hr, temporary to permanent opportunity, lots of overtime for extra $$$ earnings!
Mon: 6am-6pm
Tues: 6am-6pm
Wed: 6am-6pm
Thurs: 6am-6pm
Fri: OT hours 6am-4pm

Training on A Shift Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm
Shift Schedule on B Shift Mon-Thurs 330pm-130am
