Salary range for Production Operator  from $21.30 with potential to scale up!  Schedule (Rotating twelve (12) hour shifts and a varying schedule, including days, nights, holidays and weekends) Hours from 6;45am to 6:45pm and 6:45pm to 6:45am.   The ability to earn $60,000 within your first year.  Company-sponsored health and dental coverage available for the first of the month following date of hire.  401(k) Retirement plan with company match, and discretionary bonus  Profit sharing program for regular employees after 1 year  Nine paid holidays  Generous vacation schedule  Double time on Sundays  Advancement opportunity  Robust learning and development program with state-of-the-art e-learning system  Wellness allowance, education allowance, safety shoes, and uniforms  Normal schedule includes OT after training period.  15 days off a month with our 12-hour shift rotation that includes holidays and weekends.  Temp to regular with typical 1500-hour probation 

  

 

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as the Production Operator :

 

Trained on up to 3 machines in your first year with a rate increase after successful certification.  Follows all safety rules and procedures; attends and participates in daily crew safety.  Learn the layout of the mill and gain knowledge of the papermaking process.  Cleans up areas of the mill (stock off floor, slab paper, and other cleaning assignments); assists as general labor on equipment shutdowns.  Works as a team with fellow operators on a variety of production responsibilities and problem-solving scenarios.  Train to load and unload raw material and finished product.  Assists with paper machine problems.  Completes other tasks as requested by supervisor.
