**Job Title: Production Operator** + **Multiple Shifts Available Day or Night** + **Weekly Pay $14.00/hour** **Job Description** + Production operator will work in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with our dynamic team. This position will work with a team lead and assist with loading material and ensuring production goals are met. If you are looking for a long-term career opportunity to promote and grow with a great company, apply now to speak with our team about your interest and experience. **Responsibilities** + Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. + Operate and monitor machinery, including feeding rolls of paper into machines. + Follow work instructions and production guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are met. + Pack boxes and label products accurately. + Operate a pallet jack and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. + Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. + Assist with cleaning the work environment and maintaining a safe workspace. + Monitor the flow of materials and clear any jams in the machinery. + Support operator-level maintenance tasks. **Qualifications** + Experience with general production and labor. + Ability to read blueprints and work instructions. + Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tape measures. + Forklift operation experience is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
