What You’ll Do:

Assist in the daily operation of blow molding and production equipmentLearn and apply safety protocols like Lock Out Tag Out and OSHA guidelinesPerform routine quality checks to ensure product standardsSupport the setup and adjustment of machines and production linesMaintain a clean and safe work area to help prevent hazardsGain familiarity with materials like HDPE and learn basic maintenance proceduresComplete production documentation and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Who We’re Looking For:

College students (18+) interested in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related fieldsMechanically inclined with a hands-on mindsetEager to learn in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and safety-consciousAble to lift, move, and stand for extended periodsWilling to undergo a background check if needed
