GMP, PPE, LOTO. + Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment **Chopper Operator Responsibilities:** + Can safely lift up to 50lbs + Understands and can explain the theory of operation + Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process + Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed + Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure + Completes all required paperwork + Follows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO. + Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment **Flavor Technician Responsibilities:** + Can safely lift up to 50lbs + Understands and can explain the theory of operation + Stages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making process + Follows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directed + Checks moisture using moisture analyzer when required. + Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedure + Completes all required paperwork + Follows all Safety rules and regulations.
