CVP subsidiary Titan-Auxo, LLC is seeking Production/Operations Specialists to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role will coordinate activities and direct the production, distribution, and overall operations improvement of the CMOP facility.

 

Location: 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134

 

Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday through Friday

Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily CMOP operations to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryDirect the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of healthcare services within the CMOPForecast customer demand and develop strategies to meet these demandsCollaborate with managers from other departments to optimize overall CMOP performanceImplement and manage operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityMonitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address any issuesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresManage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to maintain optimal stockOversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of serviceDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for various CMOP processesAnalyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementLead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals and objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management and fulfillmentStrong understanding of production and operations management principlesExperience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Proficiency in data
