Key Requirements:
Education: Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a sheet metal production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of G-code programming (CAD/CAM or AP100) is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong technical and operational background. Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to advanced level). Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. Accuracy under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks.
