We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a supervisory level in a division that drives the business forwards through providing a best in class instrument reprocessing service to our customers.

 

*** THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE AN ELEMENT OF ON CALL IN THE FUTURE, AND CURRENTLY INVOLVES WORKING ONE WEEKEND OUT OF THE MONTH***

WHAT YOU WILL DO To be responsible for the day to day running of the production unit and the logistical collection and delivery of contaminated products to the site and the delivery of quality sterilised products to the customer. To proactively lead all staff putting forward suggestions for continuous improvement, innovation and corrective actions as appropriate and ensuring the implementation of all feasible suggestions. To effectively plan and schedule all production to the agreed specification to meet customer requirements. To agree appropriate financial parameters and budgets ensuring rigorous monitoring and complete adherence to financial targets. To participate in the on-call management service to maintain emergency services to the customer.  Duties - cont'd Education Degree Required Experience Has experience leading teams, including support functions. Is comfortable with IT tools and systems. Can adapt to changing schedules and is flexible. Has supervisory or management experience. Excels in communication. Thrives on meeting targets. Performs well under pressure. Pays close attention to detail. Understands regulations and policies. Prioritises health and safety.
