A Carter Lumber Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of components in a manufacturing environment. Monitors all aspects of production to optimize productivity while minimizing operating expenses. Responsible for coordinating and implementing production schedules. Identifies and resolves any production issues in a timely manner. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.    
Requirements:

Previous experience in component and/or building materials industry is requiredPrevious management experience in a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of component designExperience in truss cutting and assemblyPossess knowledge in loading and shipping methodsStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and OutlookResponsibilities:
