We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee production processes, ensure product quality, and lead a motivated team. The successful candidate will deliver quality products efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Achieve production targets by driving performance, asset utilization, and efficiency. Manage costs by reducing waste, rework, and losses. Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Ensure product quality through adherence to quality standards and reduction in variances. Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), including HACCP compliance. Lead and develop a competent, motivated team, fostering continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with OHSACT and risk management procedures. Drive innovation and business improvements aligned with operational goals.Requirements:
Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in FMCG. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with maintenance systems and quality standards. Knowledge of industrial relations and corrective action practices. Computer literacy in MS Office.
