We are looking to hire a Production Manager to join our team in Juárez.

 

What you can look forward to as Production Manager:

 

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production facility, in addition to ensuring the successful implementation of projects into production and promoting continuous improvement in the operations through the life-cycle of the programs, ultimately meeting the production objectives of the business unit.

 

Your Profile as Plant Manager:

Four-year degree in a technical field 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in the automotive and/or electronics component industries, including experience encompassing a majority of the following fields – operational finance, manufacturing planning, engineering, quality, sales & materials. Experience managing personnel. Strong knowledge and ability in methods of communication, motivation, negotiation, and conflict management skills with a high level of initiative/drive. Knowledge of technical facets of products in addition to flow of products and related materials. Familiarity with financial reporting statements. TS16949 awareness training. Knowledge of 5S and/or Six Sigma problem-solving methodology. English and Spanish language competency – both oral and written. 2+ years of supervisory and/or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment. Additional education and/or formal training in project management and finance. Familiarity with plant operations, including automation and complex assembly. English advance.
