Principal Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Conduct study to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing

▪ Perform manufacturing in Intermediates Screening, Lamination, Strip Cutting

▪ Assist other manufacturing works such as strips drying, dip card back labeling, pouch sealing and product label printing etc.

▪ Study and assist the upstream technical manufacturing

▪ Develop and draft related process validation protocols and complete the reports

▪ Create manufacturing doDcuments and instructions

▪ Design and plan equipment layout

▪ Conduct tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production

▪ Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes

▪ Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
