Our client is looking for a target-driven individual to fill their Production Manager vacancy. 

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Participate in the formulation f the functional plan and engage with Production Superintendents to ensure the proper execution of the plan and monitor the achievement of targets across areas of responsibility. Provide input to ensure the capability and proper allocation, deployment, and optimization of people and other resources. Identify hazards and risks and put controls in place to eliminate or reduce the risks in the workplace. Understand the teams’ processes. Cultivate a target-driven team

A successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

A relevant Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) Surface Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines Mine Managers’ Certificate of Competency At least 2 years of opencast coal mining experience at Production Superintendent level. Apply for job
