Your leadership will be essential in elevating our performance across all key operational metrics, making a real impact in the energy sector! **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Motivate and Inspire: You will lead and develop your team, providing mentorship and support to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment. + Prioritize Safety and Quality: You will ensure a strong focus on safety practices and operational procedures, striving for zero incidents in the workplace. + Oversee Manufacturing Operations: You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while implementing strategies for continuous improvement. + Manage Budgets and Inventory: You will oversee the budget for stationary manufacturing operations, balancing costs while ensuring necessary parts and supplies are available for production. + Cultivate Customer Relationships: You will adopt a customer-centric approach, proactively addressing challenges to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and build strong partnerships. **What You Bring** + A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. + Over 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, turbomachinery, or power generation, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role. + A solid understanding of machining, welding, assembly processes, and rotating equipment technology. + Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability. + Strong communication skills to motivate your team and build customer confidence, along with a grasp of business financials and continuous improvement methodologies. **About the Team** Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
