Our client is looking for a Production Manager with a background in Resin or Paper to join their team in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensure planned production targets are achieved to specifications.
Monitor efficiencies and recommend improvements.
Plan and oversee routine maintenance to ensure effectiveness.
Ensure the laboratory provides an effective quality control service to production.
Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Lead and manage a team of operators and labourers effectively.
Ensure adherence to ISO and Quality Management Systems.
Requirements:
Grade 12 with a diploma pass.
Diploma in Production Management.
At least 5 years of practical experience in an industrial process plant.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a team of operators and/or labourers.
At least 2 years of experience in safety management and quality control systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Ability to speak and write English and isiZulu.
