Here’s what you’ll do: + Organize Production: Ensure our products are made safely and meet quality standards while optimizing the use of materials, energy, and labor to reduce costs. + Maintain Operations: Keep production running smoothly by quickly identifying and addressing any issues that arise, coordinating the work of your team effectively. + Improve Processes: Work on enhancing production organization, technology, and automation to streamline operations. + Reduce Costs: Focus on lowering labor intensity and production costs using corporate tools and strategies. + Enhance Working Conditions: Develop initiatives to improve employee working conditions and gather suggestions for improvement from staff, increasing their skills and knowledge. + Ensure Compliance: Monitor production discipline and ensure adherence to company policies, collective agreements, and work instructions. + Analyze Issues: Investigate production hold-ups, incidents, and breakdowns, and implement effective solutions using corporate tools. + Drive Continuous Improvement: Always look for ways to enhance work organization and maintain high standards of lean production within your division.
