Job Description

1. Execute Shift Leader routines:
2. Execute LSW Routines and discusses with Production Manager/ Head of Production Segment upon problems and/or deviations in routine fulfilment
3. Identify systematic failures and initiate Problem-Solving measures

4. Coordination, support and coaching of the Line Leader in order to achieve the targets for internal production KPI(PPM, Scrap Rate, OEE ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc)
5. Performs deviation management to react on abnormalities of targets for Safety e.g., incidents; Quality e.g., FPY, PPM, Rejection rate; Productivity e.g., OEE, line output; Cost: Scrap
7. Ensure data are updated in the frequency as required in the LIB
8. Participates and generates cross functional meetings in case deviations on KPIs.
9. Trigger the support function or apply the escalation plan when ever needed to reach the targets

Qualifications

Diploma / BE in E&C or Mechancial with 3 to 5yrs experience

Additional InformationManaging the resources in the shift (material / people / equipment)
▪ Prioritize the activities in order to manage the existent workload (e.g. Running of operations)
▪ Monitor and assert the given constraints applicable (eg. EHS; Internal Rules; ...)
▪ Assisting in disciplinary measures regarding his/her team
▪ To support the teambuilding and relationship within the team
▪ Evaluate and develop the team, teach and coach, in terms of required knowledge / specifications /capabilities and behavior
▪ Assure the required training & qualification / certification for the function
▪ Supports Line Leader in Deviation Management
