Lead - Wings/Bulk Packing 

Key Responsibilities and Account abilities include but are not limited to:

Directs, administers and controls the day to day operations and activities of facilities and programs in an assigned area.Provides leadership, support and guidance to facility management.Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.Practices cost containment strategies, maintaining profitability and growth of area.Directs and oversees the business of the assigned facilities within a defined area through effective leadership and management of customer service, quality care, and responsible fiscal management.

 Work Environment / Physical Demands

Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.Standing for extended periods of timeAble to lift 40 lbs.Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion workAbility to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

Prefer previous manufacturing experience
