Our client, a manufacturing company focused on efficient production operations, is looking for a Line Leader to join their team in Monroe Township, NJ. This role is responsible for overseeing a production line, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up production lines, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to meet schedules.Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and address any defects.Lead and support team members, provide training, and address performance concerns.Enforce safety procedures and ensure team members follow protocols.Quickly identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.Maintain documentation of production issues and performance metrics.

Requirements:

English proficiency required.Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.Strong attention to detail for quality control.Technical knowledge of production processes and equipment operation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
