Description

Leads and go to person for production and assembly activities on assigned 2ND shift, including lead-level supervision of employees and processesMaintain product and process quality compliant to internal, industry, and customer quality standardsOversee employee compliance with company policies and procedures; report any noncompliance to supervisorEnsure employees comply with safety rules DailyProvide management with updates on equipment and shift personnel DailyMaintain machines and adjust as needed Daily/As neededAssist machine operators with production Daily/As neededProvide training to machine operators As neededResolve production issues that occur on shift within scope of responsibility As neededAssist with facilities tasks and other production-related tasks as needed As neededOther duties as assigned by Management

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No minimum education; minimum of 3-5 years of assembly/manufacturing experience; lead-person or supervisory experience preferredBi-lingual English/Spanish requiredMath skills sufficient to perform basic calculations for equipment and machineryKnowledge of manufacturing equipmentSchedule Flexible; may work different shifts as required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
