Our company is looking for a Production Graphic Designer whose primary focus is on taking existing design concepts and meticulously executing them into final deliverables by managing technical aspects like brand guidelines, file formats, color profiles, and production specifications. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, thrives in a production-focused environment, and is proficient across the Adobe Suite, Microsoft PPT, and Figma. The position will be located in Englewood CO, hybrid, 3 days a week in office.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver high-quality visual assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, event properties, and print materials. Input changes as needed to existing files; exercise creative judgement when making layout modifications. Work closely with content marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback. Build out design materials across diverse formats (Data Sheets, Guides, Case Studies, Social Posts, PowerPoint Presentations), ensuing consistency in fonts, text placement, photo treatments, and overall visual quality Execute projects in alignment to all design and layout requirements, adhere to established brand guidelines and style standards. Provide input on creative concepts and design improvements, contributing to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas to help projects meet their goals. Bring a problem-solving mindset to every project and be proactive to offer effective creative solutions when design requests don't meet our current brand standards Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time. Prepare final files, ensuring they meet technical specifications. Stay current on best practices and technology to enhance user experience and align with organizational goals.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2-3+ Years of Production Design ExperienceStrong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in design Excellent visual communication skills and understanding of design principles Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $99,450.00-$134,550.00
