Ensure that production is done according to the Production Plan. Ensure that products produced are to an acceptable standard. Assign duties to workers and recommends or initiates personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. Enforces healthy and safety regulations and ensures first-aid equipment is on hand and lead safety investigations. Ensure that all quality checks are done on shift and that records are kept. Immediately report any major breakdown or yield loss to the Production Manager/Senior Production Foreman. All WCM daily activities required
