Production Floor Team Member

A locally owned and operated mill is seeking Production Floor Team Members. Founded by two seasoned craftsmen with decades of experience in high-end finishing, the company was born from a need for better materials and a commitment to doing things right. Focused on quality, fairness, and hands-on craftsmanship, it offers reliable products and a better experience—for both contractors and clients.

As a Production Floor Team Member, you’ll be part of a hands-on team bringing artisan wood products to life. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with a company that values excellence, innovation, and integrity.

Wage: $18 to $20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time

Essential Functions and Duties: Operate production equipment with precision and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Assist with material handling, packaging, and staging for delivery Perform quality control checks at every stage of production Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed Be coachable and adaptable to new techniques or changes in workflow
Qualifications: Prior experience in a production or woodworking environment preferred Staining or finishing experience also preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn artisan finishing processes Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
