Production Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety. Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. General Responsibilities- Implement the Operation Excellence requirement from BU/Company, drive the continuous improvement activities and deliver KPIs- Implement continuous improvement on quality issues, manufacture processes, technology- Optimize current production process, enhance the result of productivity- Solve quality problems on production site - Design related jigs for products - Write the WI and training operatorMain Accountabilities- Make up the WI and training operator- Analyzing and solving Production process quality problems to insure continuous production.- Implement continuous improvement on quality issues, manufacture processes, technology- Design related jigs & follow up for products development- Optimize product process to improve productivity and quality- Make up WI & VSM on time- Solve other departments on quality problem - Process optimization and tooling design - Participate in APG & VAC mould upgrade reconstruction- Participate in equipment technical transformation- Keep improving productive process of instrument transformer and epoxy component for cost saving- Optimize process for production or other department requirement - Lead to solve the Top 5 quality problems

Qualifications for the role

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant specialtiesAt least 3 years working experience and be familiar with MV CT/VT & Epoxy component product manufacture process is preferable.Experienced with epoxy resin APG & VAC casting process, be familiar with instrument transformer winding, mould development is preferableExperienced with office, Solidworks and AutoCAD.Good of listening and speaking and writing in EnglishHave strong analytical skills and good communication skills, know how to observe, analyze the results caused by Technical changes or design issue, and takes rapid actions to prevent them beforehand. Ability to work independently without supervision and able to handle high volumes of work.Excellent multi-department cooperation skills
