As a Production Engineering Specialist for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for developing manufacturing technology, lead production line automation and digital intelligence transformation.

Your responsibilities

Preparing SOP and process quality control documents; and ensure that the contents specified in the documents are not separated from the production practice, clear and easy to understand, and can be effectively realized in the production process and achieve the desired effectPreparing the tooling or equipment required for the new product within the specified time. On the premise of ensuring the safety of operation, the existing tooling structure is constantly optimized to increase versatility, reduce cost, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiencyAccording to the requirements from APQA, actively participate in the research and development of new products, and timely prepare effective process (such as instructions, PFMEA, etc.) and process quality control documentsLeading the temporary occurrence of important quality or technical problems on site, go deep into the site, continuously promote the solution of problems, resume production as soon as possible, and ensure deliveryTracking and counting the process quality or technical problems that have been confusing the production (or customer site) for a long time, use common quality tools, plan effective investigation and verification tests, and conduct in-depth implementation on site, so as to ultimately solve these problems and improve process quality. And accurately record and file the resolution processPreparing and effectively implementing the process discipline audit plan. For each audit, there should be an objective and accurate reportBeing able to correctly understand and use PDCA, lean production and six sigma and other continuous improvement tools to improve process capability, reduce waste and improve output in the responsible areaMastering the project management skills and manage new production introduction through training

Your background

Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years working experience, motor, electrical, mechanical backgroundMaster the basic electrical theory. Good drawing and reading skillsFamiliar with electrical design manual and international standardsRich experience in production fieldBe proactively in work, combine theory with practice, analyze rigorously and have strong logical thinking abilityStrong self-learning ability, be aggressive, constantly learn new knowledge and skills according to the needs of the position, and can correctly apply to the actual workFluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
