Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary liaison between suppliers and Developers, ensuring effective communication regarding engineering design changes and other critical issues. Support Development and R&D procurement activities. Generate and maintain cost estimates for development projects to aid in budgeting. Assist product owners in keeping data packs current. Create and manage packaging artifacts as necessary. Review and improve production procedure documents. Develop and implement verification procedures, including Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), Hardware Test Procedures (HTP), and Qualification Test Procedures (QTP). Provide additional support as needed across various company functions. Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: BTech Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Required Skills and Experience: Experience in an electro-mechanical production environment. Proficiency with industry-standard ERP systems, preferably Odoo. Preferred Skills and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in electronic assembly production. Knowledge of production procedures and documentation. Familiarity with verification procedures (ATP, HTP, QTP). Mechanical design skills and experience with packaging artifacts. General Skills: Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information rapidly. Team player with experience collaborating on large projects. Capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
