Job Description

As the leader of the Indian Production Hub, your primary responsibility will be to drive its growth and success.

You will develop and implement strategic plans and resources that allow growth. To excel in this role, you must deliver work to the highest standards while adopting proprietary tech solutions, optimizing production processes, and applying best practices across all production deliverables.

Your leadership and strategic vision will guide the success of the Mexican Production Hub (focused in Localization, Digital and Social Production) while contributing to our broader goals.

Main Responsibilities

Build the Indian Production Hub through strategic planning guided by a growth mindsetWorking directly with clients and global production leads to understand and complete client requirementsLead a team of producers, editors, developers, and designersEnsure projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budgetEmbed a commercially minded culture and lead the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.Lead, develop, and improve production processesCollaborating with global production leads, PMs, and senior partners to guide traffic and utilisation with the Mexican production hubMentor & support other production practitionersEnsuring best practices are applied across all production deliverablesScope, budgeting and estimate projectsDevelop client and internal relationships while leading retention and development of the team

Qualifications10+ years of experience in multi-channel production, including Pre & Post ProductionFluent in EnglishExperience with asset delivery, localisation and asset optimisationA subject matter, industry expertProven ability to provide excellent client service, commercial-minded and strategic thinker.Experienced in fostering excellent relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, external partners and colleaguesDeveloped people management and leadership skillsAbility to lead several projects, managing the team's time and resourcesMethodical and proactive with an eye for detailAn extensive freelance network across all production products and Industry relationships/talent book
