We are looking for a Production Designer professional who can translate all creative concepts into high-resolution production mechanicals for final digital and print production, that are error-free and able to reproduce across all platforms required. The projects you’ll work on run the range of the smallest flyer to the largest train station take-over, and every print & digital tactic in between. You’ll need to be creative in your problem-solving, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, fast, and passionate about making exceptional mechanical art that can reproduce extremely well on all platforms. You will report directly to the Production Design Manager. This is a Full-Time role. **What You Will Do:** + Create, edit and revise mechanicals on all advertising and collateral tactics using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom and/or Illustrator. + Produce digital and traditional advertising and collateral tactics such as Out of Home, print, Kiosks, Transit Shelters, Retail collateral, Takeovers, and digital static and HTML web banners for all social media platforms. + Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Managers, Print Production Managers & all levels of leadership & team members. + Adapt existing campaigns across all new tactics, without sacrificing integrity of original creative decisions. **Required** **Qualifications** **& Skills** **:** + 10+ years of experience in production design including all areas of social media platforms. + Expert-level skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite. + Be a creative problem solver who is deadline driven, detail oriented, and passionate about making exceptional mechanical art. + Must be a highly organized time manager, a great communicator and listener. + Have a strong understanding of design sensitivities for typography, iconography & layout as it relates to production problem solving. + Be up to date with industry trends and software changes and updates. + Materials Required for Consideration: Portfolio and CV **(please submit with application and provide any necessary passwords)** **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
