About the Position: This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This position serves as a Production Controller coordinating maintenance control activities and planning the use of manpower, materials, supplies, equipment, and machinery within the Directorate of Public Works. Responsibilities Performs task that require extensive production control knowledge and shop capabilities Estimates the use of manpower, materials, supplies, equipment, and machinery within the Directorate of Public Works. Reviews all requisitions for accuracy to determine method of procurement. Ensures that all materials are available for Operation and Maintenance personnel. Utilizes multiple Government VISA credit cards for the Directorate of Public Works maintenance materials, equipment, services etc. Monitors workload to achieve effectiveness and efficiency within the maintenance mission. Writes contract or procurement specifications. Studies regulations for guidance relating to the maintenance of supplies and equipment. Prepares cost estimates on various items, to include labor, material and time required to complete assignments.
