Job Description

An experienced and strategic Client Lead with a focus on production, who's ready to jump into a fast paced, hi-growth environment and be accountable for growing some of our largest, most complex clients partnerships, ensuring best in class offering and with a focus on strong, collaborative and trusted partnerships.

Within the role you'll foster relationships with complex brands already utilising our product offering, and look to further develop and grow those relationships, working closely with our production experts & Leadership Team to ensure our offering remains solution focused, and with a best in class delivery and with unmatched client experience.

Responsibilities

Manage, foster and own agency relationships – building confidence and trust and working alongside key decision makersBuild awareness around the latest capabilities and talent across production offering for UK and globallyOwn financial targets / forecast and track alongside finance teamBuild and own the strategy for growth, insuring buy-in from our agency partnersSupport the continuous improvement of operational workflow and WoWCurate team of experts across product offering to ensure bespoke delivery for each requirementManage and nurture a team of best in class production Account managers/production Project ManagersCore experience and skillsPrevious experience in a Client Services Director level role or equivalentStrong understanding of production, end-to-end, and it’s complexitiesAble to collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders across client portfolio and internal colleaguesAble to manage financial conversations with Key decision makersStrong negotiation and commercially savvy
