What You Will Do: 

Complete production transactions to report daily manufactured materials products.Support clerical requirements for the operations team.Addresses departmental paperwork and provide divisional inventory support.Assists in researching discrepancies on cycle counts and material variances. Uses a warehouse management system to track inventory movements for accuracyTracks departmental data and generates applicable reports as needed. Maintains a clean and safe work environment.   

 

Position Details:

Plant location: Garyville, LAWork week and shift: Nights, 3 PM to 11:30 PM + occasional overtime required

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience with SAP or similar MRP system1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field  Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping and receiving related capacity.Strong attention to detail Strong communication and mathematical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience in inventory transactions and processesStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskStrong attention to detail, good communication skills and a team player Work under limited supervision 

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $45,400.00 - $68,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
