Starting Hourly Wage - $20.08/hr

This highly visible position located at our Harrisonville, MO facility.

General Summary:

To perform a full range of custodial duties related to the cleaning of assigned buildings and facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

Regularly perform housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and neatMaintain FDA sanitation line including cleaning and paintingOperates material handling equipment and zamboniePerforms other duties as assignedMaintain floor cleanliness throughout the warehouseClean outside docks monthlyRegular and predictable attendance is required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed:

Good oral and written communication skillsGood organizational/time management skillsAbility to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organizationAbility to work for long periods of time, under pressure, to produce resultsBasic math skillsTake and follow directionsAttention to detail and accuracyAble to make decisions and demonstrate ambiguity

Education and Experience Needed:

High school degree or equivalent.Minimum three to six months of experience working in a distribution center environment.
