About The Team:

This role is responsible for assisting in the creation of meal kits for our customers. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our meal kits, whilst ensuring that the Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are met. This role will be titled as a Quality Control Auditor.

What You Will Be Doing:

Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards. Assist in the processing of rejected items, supporting auditors and team leaders to maintain quality and workflow efficiency. Help coordinate and organise tasks and resources for quality control auditors. Monitor adherence to standard procedures and provide guidance to ensure consistency and accuracy. Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions. Support cross-training initiatives to enhance team versatility and operational efficiency. Communicate and escalate issues to team leaders for prompt resolution. Contribute to process optimisation and quality improvement strategies. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with best practices and industry trends.

Who You Are:

Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communicator (proficient English levels) Basic numeracy and computer skills. Proficiency in using G-Suite Software (Preferred) Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, but not mandatory Excellent teamwork collaborates effectively with team members and other departments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
