Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands… As a Production Associate II for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to assemble Access Control Products in a Clean and Safe Work Environment. Reporting to the Production Supervisor , you will be responsible for building, testing, and packaging all assembled products for finished goods inventory. What you will do… + Follow standardized best practices for completing builds and testing + Follow safe work procedures and policies designated for all work areas + Identify and report unsafe practices or injuries to the Supervisor or Director immediately + Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized + Complete all builds within designed time frames per product + Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines + Meet or exceed all quality standards for each product and complete quality records as required + Perform supervised quality inspections per Product requirements + Assist Supervisor in analyzing root causes of nonconformances + Strive to reduce expenses, eliminate waste, and increase productivity across all product lines + Entry-level soldering skills and basic troubleshooting knowledge preferred + Perform unsupervised quality inspections per product requirements.
