Additional Information:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $25-29/hr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Job Responsibilities:

The Cleanroom Production Associate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting and testing high quality medical devices while working within a controlled manufacturing system.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Process polymer materials to compose, test, or apply on medical devices per approved manufacturing proceduresAssemble plastic and metal components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing proceduresPerform in-process quality checks on subassemblies and finished productUtilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtureParticipate in line meetings as neededWork with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvementsMaintain clean room integrity by using proper attire and adherence to clean room environment practice and proceduresMaintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor (e.g., timecards), and special projectsApply workstation practices and line clearance in daily activitiesAdhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, QSR, and FDA regulations
