Our client, a leading food production company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team in Ceres, CA. This role involves hands-on responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and stack 25lb cases with accuracy and efficiency.Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage.Maintain and organize work areas to promote safety and productivity.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs consistently throughout the shift.Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.Stamina to handle physically demanding tasks during long shifts.Experience operating a sit-down forklift is required.Prior experience in warehouse or production environments is a plus.Strong reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.Safety-focused mindset and a strong work ethic.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $16.50 per hour.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime on Saturday and Sunday.
