Job Responsibilities

 

Data Entry/Capture production in ERP system of completed inventory on Daily Basis

Manage Inventory, Work Order, Routing in ERP System

Facilitate new hire safety orientations and prepare their PPE

Assist with managing PPE inventory and communicate the need for additional supplies

Create purchase ordersand manage spending checkbook

Design one-point lessons with guidance from leadership

Create labels and stencils as needed

Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested 

Keep work areas safe and clean and communicate any unsafe conditions

Contribute to a positive work environment

Knowledge/Skills

Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings

Ability to learn and use stencil and labeling equipment

Basic Word, Powerpoint, and Excel skills

Ability to use basic reasoning to understand and complete instructions

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills


Education/Certification

 

High school, trade school, or at least two years of related experience and/or training preferred

 

Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands

 

Must possess mobility to work in a dual setting of a standard office and manufacturing environment

Standard office includes the operation of equipment such as a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen

This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items

A small percentage of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures can range from cool to hot and noise level can be moderate to high

Lifting up to 40 pounds
