Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Production Assistant II in Seattle, Washington. This role is situated within a fast-paced studio environment, where you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to studio operations and project management. Responsibilities: • Oversee the studio process, including support for catering activities • Handle the check-in and check-out procedures for studio equipment assets • Manage the use of the prop room and reset the stage as necessary • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, such as coordinating the prop room and managing unsupervised equipment check-outs and returns • Assist in studio management and scheduling efforts • Contribute to the smooth opening and closing of the studio • Utilize your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Facebook Insights, and Final Cut Pro • Apply knowledge of broadcast, defect management, documentation, filming, and graphic design in executing tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. • Familiarity with Facebook Insights for analyzing and tracking user interaction. • Demonstrated experience with Final Cut Pro for video editing tasks. • Experience in broadcast environments, understanding the dynamics of live shows. • Ability to identify and manage defects in the production process. • Excellent documentation skills for maintaining production records and reports. • Hands-on experience in filming, including pre-production and post-production tasks. • Creative prowess in graphic design, with a focus on visual storytelling elements. • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in film, media, or a related field. • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
