This is a high-paced role in a fast-turnaround agency — perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves seeing a job through from start to finish; the role will involve working closely with experienced producers to bring creative concepts to life. **What You’ll Do:** + Support all stages of production — from planning to wrap. + Create and maintain key docs: call sheets, timelines, schedules, and kit lists. + Coordinate suppliers, manage bookings, and keep records tidy. + Track invoices and POs with finance. + Assist during live events — setup, crew support, and backstage coordination. + Join site visits and meetings, take notes, and track actions. + Keep project folders organised and accessible. + Be a dependable, can-do team player. **What You’ll Bring:** + Experience within events, production, or agency support. + Bonus if you are experienced with festivals, corporate, or fast-paced events. + Super organised with great attention to detail and time management. + Positive, proactive, and eager to grow and develop + Confident using Google Workspace, Excel, and PM tools. + Clear communicator, calm under pressure. + Hands-on and team-first mindset. **Additional information** **Taylor Herring** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
