Production Assembler II

Seeking a Production Assembler II responsible for material receipt and verification, equipment calibration, operation, labeling, sealing, dispensing, capping, torquing, assembly, math calculations, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of relevant work experience Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with transactions in SAP Experience operating manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery

Job Responsibilities:

Receive and verify materials Calibrate and operate equipment Apply labels, seal bags, dispense products, cap and torque bottles, assemble components and kits Perform math and measurement calculations Complete required documentation accurately and timely following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Inspect products using visual, automated, electronic, and mechanical inspection procedures Dispose of scrap and waste properly Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials and supplies Comply with 5S and Safety requirements Monitor and maintain inventory at work areas Report any abnormal production issues to the Lead Follow all policies and procedures relating to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/Quality Systems)

Work Conditions:

Involves using hands, handling objects, tools or controls, and reaching with hands/arms Requires standing, sitting, bending, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, talking, hearing, and lifting items up to 50 lbs Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus May work near moving mechanical parts or equipment, exposed to chemicals/hazardous materials, and risk of electric shock May work in freezers and coolers and handle dry ice Noise level is generally moderate Wears personal protective equipment, as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
