**Job Title: Production Assembler** **Job Description** As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the mass production of residential/commercial doors. Your role will involve parts assembly and operations, ensuring that each door meets quality standards and production goals. + Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, drawings, and work orders. + Use power and hand tools to complete assembly tasks. + Meet production standards and ensure quality of assembled products. + Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. + Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to company policies. **Overview:** + Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled) + Shifts Available: + Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday) 5am-5pm + 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm + 2nd Shift 4:30pm-3am + Pay: $15.00-$16.50/hr + Location: Pensacola, FL **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position - benefits, 401k, and weekly pay available while on contract **Qualifications:** + Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints. + 1-3 months of related experience preferred. + Physical requirements: Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and lifting periodically up to 70 pounds; regularly lifting up to 35 pounds. **Description** The candidate will be responsible for the following: + Using power drills, tightening bolts, and screws + Working on different parts of the assembly line + Assembly metal pieces and windows on garage doors + Standing on their feet the entire shift + Lifting 50lbs as needed + Attention to detail and quality of work **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
