What We Offer: Competitive pay: $13 - $13.50 per hour First, Second and Third Shift available Health benefits 401K Voluntary overtime Paid breaks PPE provided Temp-to-hire opportunity Referral program Reward programs Opportunities for advancement What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience (preferred) SAP experience (preferred) Strong communication skills (oral and written) Excellent basic math skills Proficient problem-solving abilities Strong computer skills, including data retrieval and scanning Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand/walk for long periods Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance What You’ll Do as a Production Operator: Perform pre-shift exercise/stretching routines Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures Operate machinery and manually perform tasks to manufacture parts Maintain quality standards throughout the production process Follow packaging and labeling guidelines for products Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or questionable conditions Maintain a clean and organized work area Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards Collaborate with team members and management Transport materials as required Utilize the SAP system properly Perform additional duties as assigned
