Temp to Hire **Job description - Production** Leading Manufacturer is seeking Production Associates. Production Associates will perform a job that is repetitive in nature assembling automotive parts. **Responsibilities:** + Places parts in specified relationship to each other and inspects each strap, bolts, clips, screws, cements or otherwise fasten parts together by hand or using hand tools or powered tools. + May operate production equipment. + Must be willing to be cross trained, work in different departments and complete duties in a satisfactory manner. + Responsible for meeting established quality and production quantity levels and maintaining preventative maintenance, housekeeping and safe work practices. + Must be able to work any assigned shift and be able to work overtime on short notice. + Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures. 1st Shift - 6am - 2:15pm 2nd Shift - 230pm - 10:15pm and 6pm - 2:15am 3rd Shift - 10 pm - 6:15am Benefits: **Weekly Pay** Medical Dental Job Types: Full-time Pay: $13.91 - $16.41 per hour Benefits: + 401(k) + Dental insurance + Health insurance + Life insurance + Referral program + Vision insurance Schedule: + 12 hour shift + 8 hour shift + Day shift + Evening shift + Night shift Work Location: Talladega, AL LSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
