This is your chance to learn new trades, work with cutting-edge equipment, and grow within a supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up, operate, and maintain a limited number of machine types in an industrial setting. + Perform mechanical assembly, including aircraft part assembly and production work. + Clean and deburr parts, maintain tooling and equipment, and complete all required paperwork, including Quality Assurance and Test Records. + Sort parts for repair units for re-use with defined checking gauges and perform final assembly of units after testing. **Top Skills - Must Haves:** + Electrical assembly + Mechanical assembly + Automated testing **Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:** + Teamwork + Attention to detail + Compliance with rules and regulations **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + 6+ months of production or assembly experience + Proficient with hand and power tools + High School Diploma or Equivalent **Employee Value Proposition (EVP):** Join us and be part of a team that values your growth and development.
